MWCB Terms and Conditions

For Private Party, Wedding events or other as determined by MWCB, a 50% refundable deposit (payable online) will be required at the time of booking the event. The deposit is fully refundable under certain conditions as set forth here.

If this event is cancelled in writing at least 72 hours prior to the date of this event, a full refund of the deposit paid  will be issued. If this event is cancelled with less than 72 hours written notice, no refund will be paid, unless special circumstances exist. Special circumstances will be determined by the band if a refund will be issued past the 72 hour deadline. In the event the band has to cancel at any time due to circumstances beyond their control prior to this event, a full refund of deposit will be issued.

Under no circumstances will the deposit be refunded once the band has arrived at the venue. Once the band has unloaded and set up their band equipment, if their performance is hindered in anyway or for any reason other than an issue within the band,(example: weather for outdoor events, strikes, bans, or anything that prevents the band from performing this contract) the full payment minus the deposit will be due and payable  to Misty Water Creek Band. If said hindrance is the fault of the band, the balance due shall be pro-rated to the number of sets performed versus number of sets contracted for.

Once the band has completed their obligation hereunder, if the purchaser requests the band to play more, there will be a cash fee of an additional $150.00 (One hundred fifty dollars) for each additional hour, with a 1 hour minimum. This request must be made prior to the band taking their equipment down and loading up, and is due at the same time as the balance on this event.

A written contract for this event is available if desired. Just check appropriate box on the form.
